Young writers ages 6-8?write together?Tuesdays in August?against the backdrop of the beautiful South Brooklyn Children’s Garden. This workshop offers a refreshing counter-point to the academically focused work children are practicing in during the school year each day. Writers will improve their listening skills, build self-confidence, and increase their love of writing while crafting poems and stories in a workshop designed to reduce competition among writers, allowing writers of different ages and experience levels to write together and grow.?
